The Project: While Olivia’s parents prepare to sell their NJ home and relocate to Florida, Olivia puts her life in LA on hold to embark upon an important mission – she must rescue the ghost of her childhood cat from her family’s home before it’s too late. (Documentary).

The Filmmaker: Olivia Accardo is an LA-based filmmaker and animator from Lake Hopatcong, NJ. She received her BFA in Film from Syracuse University. She was chosen as one of two recipients of the "Aaron Sorkin Practicum Award" through the school of Visual & Performing Arts. She also received a scholarship to study film abroad at FAMU International in Prague, CZ for a semester. Olivia's thesis film, Cupcake Bob, was selected by PBS' Film School Shorts program and still plays on national television to this day. In 2017 she raised just over $10k on Seed & Spark to fund her episodic series One True Loves about every single person she's ever considered the love of her life. The series has screened at the Seattle International Film Festival, Dances With Films, Richmond International, and Rhode Island International to name a few. It won the Audience Choice Award for Best Series at Richmond, and Dances With Films and the Jury Award for Best Web Series at LA Femme International Film Festival, and Lovesick Film Festival. She is in pre-production for the latter half of the series due to go into production in 2020. Olivia is also a motion graphics artist and animator  – working on award winning social media campaigns for movies like Mother!, Detective Pikachu, and TV series including I Am The Night and The Alienist. Her hand drawn animated gifs have garnered over 1.4 billion views on Giphy.
